Scott Annan is a great asset for Mycube. I needed help in programing my safe and to my surprise I received a response on Saturday within five minutes. Scott suggested a phone call assistance to walk me thru the process. Needless to say that my problem was resolved in 15 minutes call to my entire satisfaction. I need not to wait until Monday to have the problem fixed. This is my second purchase of Mycube safe and have recommended it to all my friends , thanks to the quality of the product and the service offered by people like Scott Annan.
