The customer service is rubbish. Delivery was slow. They sent me my order plus a duplicate order (although I only received an email confirmation of one order) and then told me if I wanted a refund I had to arrange and pay for the return of the extra parcel. They didn't offer to send a label for postage or faciliate it in any way. I will never buy from them again.
