Firstly, I’m very pleased with the material, no marks on it that you would avoid if seen in person before buying. However, it took a lot longer than stated and therefore expected it to arrive. I did contact them a few times, you simply get an automated email saying not to contact as your order it will arrive but may take longer than expected due to COVID-19. I found the fabrics UK misleading, assumed it would arrive sooner as from the UK (hence choosing a UK based company). It isn’t UK based however, it’s sent from Germany. Of course this was my mistake, as I later noticed my error. I prefer to support UK business where possible as I’m based in the UK. That said, I would order from them again at some point but not when I’m in a hurry for an order or indeed if I can source it locally.
