Overall the food has been great, took a few meals to adapt to the smaller serving sizes but it has helped me to lose weight, 10kg so far. All the extra herbs and spice packs with the yummy dressings make it really tasty and give it a special flavor so it feels like your having something a bit special not just meat and veg.
