The food is OK, a bit the same some weeks, chicken with rice, beef with rice, chicken with salad, repeat repeat. The value is good. Biggest issue has been the delivery which has caused lots of problems . Delivery is too restricted to only certain days, and no Rural RD option which is tricky

Good and convenient but more care needs to be taken when selecting vegetables where the size matters. Eg 4 potatoes needs to be 4 LARGE potatoes for when the individual size matters because they are kept whole also broccoli does not last the whole week and will be floppy and soft by about the 5th day in fridge

We have recently purchased a new small business which is my wife's full time job. I always have done the cooking and grocery shopping and also work full time for another business and now weekends in my wife's business. Things on home chore list were getting behind and takeaways were becoming the norm as both very busy and tired and having to think whats for dinner was becoming a headache and no time in the weekends anymore to plan and organize mid week meals. What My Food Bag has done is taken the mental and organizing time stress away. We no longer have to think whats for dinner, did we defrost something for dinner or do we need to go to the supermarket after work. Which means less takeaways and healthier eating which has helped us have the extra energy to get through this busy life season we are going through. Thank you My Food Bag you given us mental time and energy back.

Mostly good. The food is great. Had a couple of delivery issues and the last eggs I ordered were mostly cracked in the carton.

Love that I dont have to think about my meals for the week. So flavoursome. At times think that some of the salads can be quite bland, but a bit of feta can fix that. Overall, awesome dishes, great choice, and vaue for money.

I have found your ordering site very hard to use . It does not allow you to see what is in the contents of made up food. Very hard to change your order. Gives you no choice of cancelling or putting on hold order. I believe there is but I could not find it. Hard to find how you change your weekly or fortnightly options. Do not like that you chose what my next order will be. Compared to other food sites I use that are so easy and transparent. Did not like that you had my Bank card on file even thou my last order was around 2021. I never allow my Bankcard to be saved. We felt the Lamb Shanks lacked something in taste and not enough Sauce. As we paid $2.99 extra which we were happy to pay for each packet but we felt it was not worth it. We liked the Butter Chicken Pie and the Chicken and Cashew Massaman and rice. Very disappointed to find with my next order that I had been charged twice. When I rung got a lovely Lady who fixed it. Still to get my refund. I had changed order as did not like what you had ordered for me and evidently created two accounts. Once again I feel your ordering site is not easy to use. Yes I am older so struggle with the computer but as I have said other sites I use to order food are so much easier to use than your one. Other food orders I get do keep me more informed of what is happening to order. Once I had pressed submit on your order I never received any information until order delivered on Saturday saying it had been delivered. So was not sure if you had received or not. Of course the next day you had taken money out of my bank account which I was surprized at as I had not given you my Bank account details on this order. On a postive note. Was very impressed with the Lady who helped with second order was amazing and so helpful. I honestly was ready never to order from you again and expected to get someone who did not care so made a huge difference to how I was feeling at the time. Also I sent a e-mail to you as ordering with a query and got it answered quite quickly which I was grateful for. I have put in another order as I like the concept of Food Bag and that is a NZ Company and like that you have asked me about my Food Bag experience. Thank you
