“This week I chose 4 meals that had avocados in the meal. Unfortunatley the avos arrived rock hard and even after trying to rippen them up a week later they are still not ready.”

“Great convenient the kids can cook only thing they get muddles on is when your adding vinegar or mustard would be really great for th if you could say white vinegar or whole grain mustard etc so they don’t have to ask makes them feel confident when they don’t need help. Other from that we are enjoying not having to spend the time meal planning and shopping”

“I ordered a delivery of 4 ready made meals to be sent to a friend who is having major health issues. 4 star rating is because I wanted 2 packs as they are single serve and wanted to also cater for her husband. The only way I could do this was to place another order and hope they were sent together. They were and are appreciated by the recipient but it was a clunky way to do it.”

“Good food - but expensive! & very pushy when ever you want to skip a week. Also sneaky that you cant put on hold only skip a few weeks at a time!”

We’re really glad to hear you enjoy the meals, although we’re sorry to hear that you find the service expensive and that your experience with skipping or putting your subscription on hold didn’t feel as straightforward as it should. We do allow customers to schedule skips a couple of months in advance if needed. However, if you’re planning to skip deliveries for more than a few weeks, we recommend cancelling the subscription instead, as this helps prevent any deliveries from accidentally processing while your subscription remains active. We really appreciate you sharing your feedback on the skip/hold process and have passed this on to the relevant team for consideration. 💚

“Really good, I have been happy with My Food bag the food is always fresh and great quality vegetables. The amount of vegetables you get is really great and sometimes makes more than needed so we get leftovers for lunch. The only down side is I would like more kid friendly options on the menu selection that are a little more bland for the kids pallet.”

“We have enjoyed almost all of the meals. Some were a little bland (but if we made them again, we could easily add a little heat or spice). One was simply not to our taste and had a slightly weird texture. That’s okay. It’s a journey where we try new stuff and we don’t ever have to have that one again.”

“I am really enjoying getting semi regular bargain boxes. If my budget allowed I would get them weekly however I do find it pushes my expenses out a little. I do think they are good value with quality ingredients.”

“Great ingredients and recipes. Sometimes there're recipes (for 4 people) what turns out not to enough food for even 3 people. F.E. chicken tenderloin burger asian style.”

“Nice food, option to opt out of certain ingredients would be great as use alot of the same seasoning and only requires half a bag or less so end up with alot of opened spices.”
