“I have had the ready made meals for around 3-4 weeks or so now. They are extremely convenient. I love that they are mostly all high protein and there is a variety of lower calorie options. And for those that aren’t low calorie e.g the pies, i find them big enough to half for 2 meals. My favourite of the meals are the butter chicken pie, the spicy chicken meatball curry and the chicken, bacon & corn soup. In general there chicken is very good. The beef is not as good, sometimes there are some fatty bits so I mostly get chicken. The worst meals were the spaghetti meatballs and also the traditional pork meal. Both of those were bad. But overall i enjoy majority of my meals and it makes meal time so easy!!”

“Using Food Bag as part of my weekly meal planning takes a lot of the worry out of the supermarket shopping. I get to try alot of different recipes that I would never think of, and I love the zero waste aspect of it. Everything you get you use.”

“Much better quality in meat & vege (compared to Hello Fresh). Serving sizes are massive, which is a pro- most dishes we end up with enough leftovers for 2 lunches. We order the 2 person serve. The only con (which is not really a con) is the amount of peas, if 2 recipes contain peas, we recieve 2 bags of peas. Our freezer has just accumulated so much peas, but we just palm them off onto other family members.”

“I wish you would notify us at least a day in advance reminding us to update our meal preference. Sometimes I get sent meals that we don't generally enjoy, it seems such a waste.”

“Some of the meals are very good. In my view too many are chicken based. The Napier delivery is patchy. Often the ice packs are melted. New food containers are good. Ordering and page not completly easy.”

“Overall the food experience has been very good, though I have found some meals to be lacking in flavour. What is slightly irritating is that one has to remember to skip orders if meals are not needed due to adsence from home etc. I think that your customers should be able to order meals when required and not have the burden of remembering to skip.”

“Really love the meals especially the made ones. But! The film covers are so hard to remove! Frustrating - they need to have a bigger corner tag to make it easier. Sometimes they just tear leaving an edge impossible to remove.”
