Dont bother buying anything including eggs they almost always arrive thoroughly cracked. Ice bags often leak too making a combined right mess.

The recipe options are decent and the quality of the food is generally good. However, customer support leaves a lot to be desired. I recently cancelled my subscription due to a mistake MFB declined to rectify, not exactly a sound business practice when your entire business is based on retaining repeat customers. I'm not surprised their share pace is down 60% over the last year.

I love the concept, but am finding many of the meals quite bland. I've just had a rotten lettuce for the second time. They're usually great at giving a small discount the following week if something's missing or rotten, but i haven't had replies for some complaints about damaged/off food. I'd prefer to not have the rotten food as I'm sick this week and can't just go out to drive and buy a replacement lettuce (this is the main part of the meal).

Very first delivery had rotting black bananas! They gave us $6 credit! I would have expected the cost of a meal or even a credit for the whole delivery. But no it was $6. Not even the cost of the bananas. They were the first of the problems. The food is delicious and that is why we have kept going. The service, not so good.

Foods good. Customer service is shocking quick to take money, but not help. Delivery was never made still waiting on a reply but have taken money for the following 2 box's

Pretty disappointed to find out this week a whole meal had basically been left out of our box. Talking to others, they were in the same boat. Most weeks we are happy but we do find that every second or third week we have to call up and complain about an item left out, or produce/items that are damaged or bad quality. The customer service is at least always good.

Great menus and the pre-prepared meals are really good. Unfortunately the last 3 weeks of vegetables were terrible and I had to throw most of them out. By Thursday they were soft and unusable

Kia ora Trudi, that's incredibly disappointing to hear! Despite sourcing all our produce fresh each week from our suppliers, the unfortunate nature of items of this type is that they tend to have a shorter shelf-life than other ingredients. We indicate on our recipe cards which meals contain ingredients best eaten earlier in the week to help ensure they are used at their best! In saying this, we certainly don't expect our produce to arrive not up to our usual quality and will always provide the appropriate compensation for our Foodies if it does! Since switching to the my choice bag, there has been no consideration to whether or not recipes share ingredients. I don’t need 3 heads of lettuce in a week, or 4 cucumbers. I’ve also provided feedback on the delivery before - I’ve had one courier driver let himself into my house before (creepy as hell, I complained but I don’t believe anything was passed on) and I’ve had another literally drop the box over my gate leaving it so close that there is no way they could’ve placed it on the ground and as a result having the tomatoes in the box break everywhere.

We have been enjoying the meals with the My Food Bag Gluten Free. What we have not been enjoying is the poor service. Since starting with Gluten Free Bag we have had more bags with food missing than we have had correct. Last week was the 2nd time it hasn't arrived on a Sunday, which messes up out whole week. While I appreciate things can go awry, even when the box arrived it came with the recipes for the previous week. No one returned my husbands call. And when we finally got the recipes via chat, many hours later, there were items missing, yet again. If there were other Gluten Free options on the market, which would work for my child with allergies I would change. I am only sticking with the box as there is no other option on the market currently.

I received my last vegetarian bag as usual but unfortunately an egg had broken in the box along with a hole in one of the ice bags which had leaked on other food and soaked through the box too.

2weeks of veggies is not working well so far. The herbs aren’t fresh when they arrive. The first delivery was missing some ingredients. This second delivery was a huge nasty shock when we opened the rice to see weevils through the rice. We had never seen them before. Yuck yuck yuck. So disappointing

My Food Bag needs to be more flexible. We don't eat pork and yet unlike other My Food Bag choices My Gourmet cannot accommodate preferences. Funny because its the more expensive option but has less flexibility.

Good evening. I have to say that the service and standard since we started with you in April has steadily declined. This week is the third week an ingredient has been omitted. When it first happened you said we would get a credit. never happened. You stopped having the courier collect the box. I emailed a concern. You ignored me. You are definitely on the last half strike before permanent cancellation. Your recipes have also lost a lot of appeal. There is a sameness prevailing. All a bit sad really
