Pretty disappointed to find out this week a whole meal had basically been left out of our box. Talking to others, they were in the same boat. Most weeks we are happy but we do find that every second or third week we have to call up and complain about an item left out, or produce/items that are damaged or bad quality.
The customer service is at least always good.
