It’s pretty average tbh not much of the WOW factor tastebud wise and way too much spinach and broccoli and I’m not always supplied with the right ingredients that is fine by me it’s just they don’t give you an adapted recipe and you have to make up your own as you go This has happened numerous amounts of times also I found in the first 6 deliveries that most of the veges were rotten and either meat was close to use by dates or just not appealing And they only will replace “a beetroot “ or 1 onion A bit mediocre

I am disappointed in the service I received, my box of groceries never turned up, when I called they told me it had been delivered to A or B and to check with them, I then had to walk to the neighbours down a long driveway only to see that it hadn’t been delivered there. I was expecting the food that night so the person I spoke to after I got angry said she will try the courier back. I never heard back, nothing was delivered the next day either so I had to call up again, they still have no idea where my delivery went too and said I can have my money back. This is terrible customer service, I was offered no compensation just that my refund can take 5 days, this was my dinners for the week for my children, we had not done shopping and I am at work all week. Really disappointed, I get deliveries every week and to be offered nothing is really bad customer service.

Generally really tasty meals. We had a really negative experience where our box was not delivered and so we were stuck with a week of substitute meals that we didn’t choose, and wouldn’t have chosen. I then emailed requesting a partial refund to make good on this, but I have had absolutely no response from my food bag. We are consistently missing meal cards in our boxes.

We have been experiencing a higher volume of calls and emails than usual but we are working to get through those. In the unfortunate circumstance where a delivery does not arrive we have the option to redeliver a chefs choice bag, or offer a credit or refund instead. After getting the wrong delivery this Monday and the nightmare it took to get in touch with someone to rectify I was told there was a my food bag fit left and wld b sent to me as a replacement Tuesday. I got an email confirming this too. Tuesday came and went but assumed as I am Far North I cld expect it Wednesday. I called 10am that morning to follow up as no notification that it had bee sent and was told it was definitely enroute and shld b to me by 11.30am and to call if not ther by 12pmish. I waited till just before 1pm to call and follow up to be told that if I hadnt got it Tuesday then they doubted if it was coming at all. Sure enough they were right. I am to b credited and given a 30% discount on next order which I appreciate but is very Mickey mouse and it was said that there were issue with NZ Post but Mondays issues were solely with My Food Bag. They gave me the wrong order it was delivered no problems.

Hi Ula, Firstly we are so sorry for the experience you have had this week, not only with your delivery being incorrect, but then not receiving the correct box at all! We can only imagine your frustration and to be honest we would feel exactly the same. Incredibly poor that you are not looking after long-term customers a who have regularly been getting My Food Bag at this time.
