“Food is wonderful. Only thing is the recepies are often very wet and I have to dry them before I can read them. Lots of spinach though also.”

“Think needs a little bit more variety for the base cost without having to pay more. It's good having not to think what's for dinner but I am consistently adapting the meals to suit kids . Hence we need to skip sometimes and I plan week and frown meals”

“We like the simplicity of it, some sauces though we dont have at home so we have to go without as it is not included”

“We love the fresh produce, variety, tasty, and easy to prepare meals with no food waste. We also love the nutritious food and delicious recipes we get to indulge in each week. Above all, it’s fantastic not having to think what to cook each night. Highly recommend giving it a go.”

“I love how easy and tasty the meals are, it gets my kids in the kitchen as they can follow the recipe and gives us different ideas and opportunities to taste food I ordinarily wouldn't think of buying. Delivery is prompt and communication is flawless. Thank you”

“Overall good service and generally good meals. It’s good that there is some choice now as many meals are quite similar. Variety of vegetables is not great and we have freezer full of frozen peas. I like the fact that after a busy day at work I do not need to think what to cook for a dinner. I don’t like that long term customers do not get rewards so I regularly cancel my order and use other providers for a bit as there is no incentive to stay long term.”

“Generally we are happy with what we receive but it would be very helpful if there was an option to view ingredients contained in flavour and ready mix sachets when selecting. We have a severe nut allergy in our house and it would be great if we could customise to remove any packets of nuts etc in case for some reason they break and contaminate all other food.”

We completely understand how important allergen information is, especially when managing a severe nut allergy. Our recipes do currently display allergen information, so when you're selecting your meals you can view whether a recipe contains nuts or other allergens. We appreciate your suggestion about being able to see the ingredients within the spice sachets, as well as having the option to remove nut-containing packets to reduce the risk of contamination. “We get the bargain box. Food is generally good and plentiful. Sometimes get 3 meals from 1 nights ingredients. Last bag had a rotten radish though. Could do with some meals that don’t feature fries. We often just mash the potatoes. We like the fact there are plenty of meals to choose from. Really enjoy the veggie fritters but haven’t seen them again on the menu. Have tried the ready made meals found the lamb shank and lasagna very under whelming. Thought they would be good idea when there was only 1 person at home.Wouldn’t bother again with them be better off getting a takeaway.”
