I was a bit doubtful when I was considering joining MFB as to what I would get and would I like it. I love to cook and was concerned about being told “what to cook” but I loved it. I got to try many things that I wouldn’t on my own like quinoa, farro and brown rice. I got to learn about what my plate should look like (half verges, 1/4 starch and 1/4 meat) which is invaluable.
I didn’t like some of the meals but they were definitely edible but I absolutely loved some meals and these will be life time go to meals. Overall an awesome experience I think everyone should try.
