I have been using My Food Bag for a few months now. What a game changer it has been. We have a 10 year old daughter who was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease since she was 2. I wished I have signed up for the Gluten Free bag years ago as this has saved time and I am less stressed about deciding what to feed the family. No more standing in the shop isles reading labels and no more meal planning for me. It takes the guess work out.
