At the moment we have our adult son with us due to flooding situation here. I had just restarted My Food Bag the week he had to move in so it was a bonus not to have to think too much during the first stressful week. We are all really loving the meals. Only need to add a little extra of the protein in each recipe and we find it is plenty for us. Great not to have to think too hard for 3 days of the week, less stress is a real bonus.
