Delicious and varied meals packed full of fresh vegetables
The directions are easy to follow and the spices and sauces are to die for.
My 42 year old stepson has been eating the Fresh Start Meals for 6 weeks now and has lost over 7 kg.
Considering he was 160 kg and had a lifetime of poor eating choices I feel we are on the way to encouraging healthy eating
