I would like to thank the team from My Food Bag , Fresh Start Challenge for helping me to reset my relationship with food. Portion control has been a major bonus of the food bag deliveries. Plus I have tried foods I would never have tried that have given me lower carb choices that are better for my health.
I can only say thank you, I have had a really disastrous 5 years after a relationship breakdown. I feel like I'm coming out the other side finally.
