Meals are great. The flavour is incrediable. The one thing I love most is that I can cook an amazing meal and give my wive a break from cooking, I feel like I am a chef. The meals are supper healthy and full of colour. It also gives me some one on one time with our kids as they take it in turn to cook with me.
We have found the Fresh start not quite suitable for our family as we have growing teenagers and our sone needs more, therefore we are switching back to my choice.
