I got our first box after becoming a single mother. It was such a relief not to worry about a meal plan for a few days a week. The kids are loving (most) of the meals and I have enjoyed everything we have made this far. The only downside is the amount of veggies we seem to waste as there are a few we don't eat/can't get the kids to eat but I try to repurpose them where I can!
