I get the Fresh Start bag every 2 weeks. This selection has fast cooking times and the recipes are tasty and not high in calories. There are enough ingredients to make double meals with the addition of extra meat. The meal quality is on a par with a cafe or cheap eats restaurant. I like to eat yummy food and MFB provides the convenience and in the right portions - recipe book meals are too big for 1-2 people.
