Takes all the hard work out of meal preparation; the deciding what to have and the hunting a gathering parts, leaving the fun part of prep which is enjoyable as we both participate. Only downside is I think the meals are a little light on vegetables. The Asian spices and flavours are a very welcome extension of our diet
