I have been loving the recipes and convenience of the service, however found some issues with the quality of the vegetables, missing recipe cards and found that the ice packs are completely melted by the time of the delivery leaving everything dripping wet. I am hoping it doesnt continue this way, as we love the idea of the service.
(I note that your follow up question doesnt provide an option of responses between 12 hours and over a week. The responses have been around four days later approx).
