More veges and salads have been added recently which has been great as I felt that when I first joined there wasn’t enough. The meals are small, however we are big eaters, so I just add more meat. The box for 6 people feeds 4 in our family. I feel it is cheaper than going to the supermarket as I’m not buying unnecessary items each time I go and I love that I don’t have to decide what to cook each night
