My Food Bag is by far the best subscription service in NZ.
Food is always fresh, arrives on time and we don't have to deal with last minute substitutions or missing ingredients. Our household would highly recommend this service.
The only thing needs to be improved is the 'customer love' team - Fortunately, our interactions with them have been infrequent, but on the two occasions we've reached out, we found their demeanor to be less than courteous, unhelpful, and simply unpleasant
