The food choices are varied enough to have a balance throughout the week and good choices for vegetarians too. As we are weaning off red meats to chicken to plant-based food, there is always something tasty to choose from. The food is delivered at a great time as we are at home to pick it up quickly to store it all away. It always comes well-cooled and very organised in the box and well-labelled for each meal. The food is always fresh and looks great. The meals are easy to follow to cook and the seasoning just adds to the mmmmm! We are eating a well-balanced diet and enjoying the food every time.
