I'm receiving the gourmet selection. The meals are all different and interesting with cuisines from around the world. Instructions are clear and easy to follow with most meals ready in half to 3/4 of an hour. The instructions are great, so everything is ready at the same time. Calorie and macros are given for each meal which is helpful when tracking my diet. I love the food, thank you so much.
