Generally happy with the food.
Often our recipes cards are very wet!
Ice has melted quite a lot by the time box arrives!
Some of the fresh produce doesn't look fresh enough and if not being used until the end of the week it's not really lasting the distance!
I've called customer services about some of this and found them very difficult to deal with, not particularly caring and never any follow-up!
