Generally pretty good. Occasionally the ice bags have holes and the water leaks, recently some if it soaked through the box onto my tiles and I slipped. I also received a box with ice bags on top of the spinach so it was wilted and the bag had popped open, fine if it's being cooked but a bit sad if it's for a salad. The sheep smell of the eco packaging is pretty gnarly as well. Other than those small things I'm really happy with the quality and quantity received.
