I love that no two weeks feel like a repeat, financially it ends up being cheaper and resource wise, I'm not spending hours meal planning, trying to find time to shop, actually shopping and then having to decide what to eat. It provides an ease to my life that I enjoy whilst still cooking and eating tasty food which I enjoy.
