The ingredients are always fresh and delivered on time. My boxes have always been complete. The only issue has been missing recipe cards, or last time, completely wrong cards which led to confusion thinking that my whole box was wrong until I checked the ingredients. The recipes are not as easy to follow as the recipes that come with Hello Fresh.
