Perfect for me, the MADE meals are ready to heat. They are always fresh and have quality ingredients. Unable to stand for long periods to prepare meals this is the next best thing. Yummy recipes. I like how the meals taste home made, and you can tell they are made with love and care. I always microwave my meals though there is an option to put in the oven. So grateful to have found this option so I can look after my health better.
