My family and I are pretty solid supporters of myfoodbag, and have been for years. There have been various issues pop up from time to time, which is expected of any large scale business operation. Some of these issues I've broached with myfoodbag and some I've let slide. The times I've asked for support I've always received it and the staff are consistently friendly helpful. However, one particular issue has popped up more than once and that is the recycling not being taken away by the delivery guys. This has been an ongoing issue for us and continues to happen. It's not every week, and recently they seem to be making more of an effort. But it does still happen from time to time and only takes 1 missed collection to offset our recycling routine at home. We are an environmentally conscientious family and this is important to us. When a service is offered, it should be delivered without fail. In saying that, we are very happy with myfoodbag as a whole and the recycling thing is only a minor drawback. It reflects more so on the delivery guys than on myfoodbag as a business. Keep up the great work with the recipes. We absolutely love the asian inspired ones.
