Both my wife and I have been having Fresh Start for a number of weeks now. In that time I myself have lost 5kgs so very happy. The meals have been excellent as a whole with only a handful that we can say we where left a bit disappointed with. Getting use to all the different spice mixes used has been a new learning experience which we have enjoyed as well. Probably the biggest enjoyment we have had has been cooking and creating the meals together. That has made it well worth it.
