I like how you can adapt meals to suit the needs of your family. For instance it shows a kid friendly version and an Adult version. We have a child with Autism who has sensory issues and have had some success with getting him to try new foods. My youngest son enjoys preparing the my food bag meals with me and it is nice to have this quality time in the kitchen together..
