My Food Bag is a remarkably successful NZ company. It manages to tick all the boxes - great food, great prices, eco-friendly packaging and fresh produce. It also provides a showcase for new NZ products so its reach extends far beyond just the food boxes themselves. Although an early skeptic (thinking it would not be cost effective and would result in an environmental net loss), I am a strong convert and am convinced this business model is the way of the future.
