I love my Fresh Start option from My Food Bag. The meals are easy to prepare, use quality ingredients, are tasty and filling. I don't have to think about portion size or calory content as this is all done for you. With a weight loss so far of over 7.5kg I would recommend Fresh Start to anyone who needs to kickstart weight loss and see us going longer than 12 weeks I joined up for.
