We originally were cooking from the fresh start cookbook. I had shoulder surgery so could not drive so opted for this for a month. Well we decided we all loved our weekly boxes and the ease of the recipes. Amazing quality meats and produce. We have loved all the new flavors and variety of meals. I have also found we dont have food wastage. I was initially worried a box for 4 would not be adequate for the 4 of us but was proven wrong. Not only do we love the food we have lost a few kgs as well. I would highly recommend the fresh start box.
