My husband and I are loving Fresh Start Lite 5. The meals are.amazing and knowing what we are having every night has taken such a pressure off me. The meals do not take long to cook and are delicious. I just ordered the Fresh Start cookbook so we can continue the plan on the off nights. Thanks My Food Bag for making our experience such a positive one. Oh yes and I have lost 4kg so far.
