After 47 years of thinking about, shopping for and preparing the evening meals I can't begin to tell you just how much I have appreciated the freedom that My Food Bag has given me. I get such a 'kick' when the box arrives and I
unpack the yummy food for the coming week knowing that I don't have to think about each meal till 30 minutes before we eat. Lovely fresh produce and top quality and generous protein portions. Also I have lost 8kg in 10 weeks without ever feeling hungry. Thank you Nadia and team, it's been a great journey so far.
