Hi there my food bag was a very good decision for my Family, never have to wounder what we are going to have and have not had a double up since we started. have enjoyed trying new foods some i have never seen or heard of. and the good thing is we are losing weight on the Fresh Start light 10. just great. deffinley a winner.
