We've been Food Bagging for a while now (Meals for 2 in 20) and have been really enjoying the meals. Its saved the early morning hassle of deciding what to have for that nights meal or deciding on something and finding you've come up short in the pantry.
The meal sizes have been good and while there's not a lot of left overs I think we're eating less and certainly a bit healthier. The recipe cards mean you can repeat your favourites and there are some great simple ideas that quite often slip the busy mind.
If you are thinking about it give it a try you'll be pleasantly surprised.
