We have been thrilled with our 5 day Fresh Start food bag ( 3 weeks in ) We are traditionally big eaters who love all those old snack treats ( chips etc ) We also havent particularly been big salad based foodies BUT have been more than pleasantly surprised with how filling and delicious all our dishes have been. Looking forrd to completing the 8 week challenge.
