Very good. I have enjoyed the meals so far and lost 5kg over 8 weeks.
I always received all ingredients and was very happy with the quality.
I did the 8 week challenge and do wonder if I was not receiving all the emails as I after the initial email for me to put in my goals I only received 1 check in email and no other weekly plans. So I think there could be some improvement in the communication side of things with challenges etc
