My Lula slip purchased from MFA and worn 4 times has fallen apart. I have phoned Lula Soul and I am entitled to a refund or replacement. I have tried to call you 7 times and sent 2 email on 6 February explaining the situation. Considering your shop is called My Friend Alice you are not being friendly. Why arent you calling back are you ok is your phone ok. 😒
