Disgusting customer service. I am a very busy Melbourne based stylist and I have NEVER been treated so revoltingly when I asked to return sunglasses that didn't fit properly and were not the colour as advertised. She even went so far as to insinuate that I was returning used sunglasses which I most definitely wasn't. I run a professional business and have high ethics, unlike this woman. Do not buy from them, go elsewhere. I should have read the reviews first. The writing is on the wall. Literally.”

Bought some items online, then AFTER they had posted some of the items they advised one was not in stock and only gave me a partial refund, deducting $10 for “postage”. No response to emails. No opportunity provided to replace the out of stock item. Unethical shysters, don’t give them your business, there are many other fantastic online shops with the same products.”
“BUYER BEWARE! Terrible customer service and dodgy ethics. No communication from them other than when they advised via email AFTER they posted my other items that an item I had bought online (that was showing as in stock) was actually not available. Then they deducted $10 for "postage" from the item refund! No response to my question as to why (have sent several emails). I agree with some other reviews that they should advise the buyer that the item isn't in stock and give us the opportunity to replace it with a different item, rather than just give a refund (and in this case not for the full amount!). Will never shop with them again. There are FAR better shops that have the same stock and have great customer service.”

“I purchased two pairs of these pants in navy and black. They are very comfortable and the length is perfect for me as I'm 154cm. I usually wear a size 10 to 12 in pants depending on the style. I purchased a size 8 in these pants as I didn't want the baggy look and they are perfect. I would recommend going a size down in these.”
