BUYER BEWARE! Terrible customer service and dodgy ethics. No communication from them other than when they advised via email AFTER they posted my other items that an item I had bought online (that was showing as in stock) was actually not available. Then they deducted $10 for "postage" from the item refund! No response to my question as to why (have sent several emails). I agree with some other reviews that they should advise the buyer that the item isn't in stock and give us the opportunity to replace it with a different item, rather than just give a refund (and in this case not for the full amount!). Will never shop with them again. There are FAR better shops that have the same stock and have great customer service.
