I ordered Eye Cream and didn't get any note from you via email about the shipment. In one week I checked my mailbox and noticed a packet with cream. The temperature was 115F here. I have no idea how long the cream was in the mailbox under the Arizona Sun. I guess the cream was spoiled. Your manager Alex D said "no problem, you can return". I think you, guys, are going to sell these creams somebody else :) Great business idea. We are lucky you don't sell vaccine. LOL
