“I was anxious to try Journee, my “free” gift with purchase. Unfortunately, the pump either doesn’t work or there is no product in bottle. This happened several months ago when I purchased the rejuvenating eye cream. Pump didn’t work and had to take a hammer and wrench to get it open, then use a Qtip to use. I left 2 messages for that but got no reply. Where is your quality control? I think I’m done with your products.”

A recent product I received had a broken pump that would not dispense the product at all; I'm moderately happy with the customer service response. They sent a return label and will refund the product. I would have preferred they send a replacement. Right now I'm rustling up a box and packaging the item, trying to find time to go by USPS to send it. So it's been a mild hassle for me just to get my refund.”

I could not use either container since no cream was expressed from the container when I depressed the top of it. ,, I would be happy to have two tested containers sent asap or proof of a full refund.
