I was anxious to try Journee, my “free” gift with purchase. Unfortunately, the pump either doesn’t work or there is no product in bottle. This happened several months ago when I purchased the rejuvenating eye cream. Pump didn’t work and had to take a hammer and wrench to get it open, then use a Qtip to use. I left 2 messages for that but got no reply. Where is your quality control? I think I’m done with your products.
