“Glad to receive the excellent Neocutis products at a good price. A recent product I received had a broken pump that would not dispense the product at all; I'm moderately happy with the customer service response. They sent a return label and will refund the product. I would have preferred they send a replacement. Right now I'm rustling up a box and packaging the item, trying to find time to go by USPS to send it. So it's been a mild hassle for me just to get my refund.”
“I already contacted my health.market re: The two containers of neocutis, micro eyes. I could not use either container since no cream was expressed from the container when I depressed the top of it. ,, I would be happy to have two tested containers sent asap or proof of a full refund. I’m really disappointed!

“I USED TO GIVE YOU 5 SSTARS UNTIL I HAD OPENED AOTHERNEOCUTIS MICRO EYES AND FOUND THAT THE PUMP DOES NOT WORK! IT HAPPENED BEFORE AND THEY IMMEDIATELY REPLACED IT. THAT MAKES FOR GREAT CUSTOMERE SERVICE ESPECIALLY FOR REPEAT CUSTOMERS. BUT I HAVE SENT 2 EMAILS AND CALLED 3 TIMES ONLY TO GET NO RESPONSE. I AM REACING OUT TO THE MANUFACTURERS AND TELLING THEM OF YOUR POOR SERVICE.”
“You need to ship the orders with the Post Office.
Mine arrived a week later than the ship date. I had to write several notes to it found. It arrived in a beat up box with all sorts of marking on it. I worry that it sat in a hot truck for a week.
When I tried to use the tracking system it just said package not received for shipping yet or similar to that.
The products are NOT cheap and do say they shouldn't be stored in high temperature. The post office, at least in our area, is so unreliable!!!”

“Was sent wrong product. Tried to contact multiple times by phone and email. Even used the website chat. Never was able to get response. Had to finally call credit card to refute the charges. I was a longtime customer, but will look elsewhere to purchase Neocutis.
