You need to ship the orders with the Post Office.
Mine arrived a week later than the ship date. I had to write several notes to it found. It arrived in a beat up box with all sorts of marking on it. I worry that it sat in a hot truck for a week.
When I tried to use the tracking system it just said package not received for shipping yet or similar to that.
The products are NOT cheap and do say they shouldn't be stored in high temperature. The post office, at least in our area, is so unreliable!!!
